Job Summary

On behalf of the iPaaS & AI automation platform SD Solutions is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in the US B2B SaaS market to join our growing team.

In this role you will focus on outbound prospecting engaging decision-makers at target companies and booking qualified meetings for our AI-driven no-code automation platform. You will research prospects run multi-channel outreach (cold calls emails LinkedIn) tailor messaging to specific pain points and build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling email sequences and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research and identify target accounts within the defined ICP
  • Engage C-level executives and decision-makers with personalized messaging
  • Present and explain the value of our no-code automation platform
  • Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies messaging and targeting
  • Hit weekly/monthly activity and meeting-booking targets

Requirements:

  • 12 years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in outbound B2B SaaS/tech (must-have)
  • Proven experience prospecting and selling to US-based companies (must-have)
  • Strong track record of booking meetings and consistently building a pipeline
  • Confidence in communicating with C-level executives
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and adapt messaging to different industries and use cases
  • Experience with multi-channel outbound (cold calling email LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools ZoomInfo Apollo (strong plus)
  • CRM experience ( preferred)
  • Highly proactive self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Structured organized and able to work independently
