Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Initiate and analyze operations flow through data analysis routing and simulation to support operational efficiency.
- Design and evaluate operational solutions based on customer requirements including solutioning for tenders and new business opportunities.
- Conduct operations network analysis and identify optimization opportunities for better performance.
- Manage onboarding plans and ensure smooth day-to-day execution for new customers or services.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters including pricing discussions and basic negotiations.
- Design and develop new services or operational processes based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field such as business administration management or marketing
- Have 4-5 years working experience in Business Solutions or Operations Improvement or Transport Solution Design
- Multi-faceted knowledge in Operations Commercial and Product
- Have experience to manage multiple project from scratch especially in operations flow process
- Excellence in stakeholders management and communications skills
- Strong in data analysis analytical thinking and details oriented person
