Assistant Front Office Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in leading the front office team to deliver seamless personalized guest experiences that reflect the Novotel brand standard. This role ensures smooth daily operations maintains high service standards and actively drives guest satisfaction by anticipating needs managing issues and coaching the team to deliver heartfelt hospitality.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field.
- 34 years of Front Office experience with at least 12 years in a supervisory role
- Previous experience in an international hotel brand preferred (Accor/Novotel is a plus).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proficient in Opera PMS Microsoft Office and guest service systems.
- Excellent guest service interpersonal and communication skills.
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and grooming
