Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing SMB clients.
- Working closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal.
- Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary.
- Continually gather feedback from our clients then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap.
- Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails quotations invoices and weekly report.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from any major.
- Min 1 year of experience as Sales/Business Development/Account Executive/Account Manager or related roles in SaaS/Tech company.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives.
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
- Able to multitask & good time management.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Continuously updated with current business trends.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Background in accounting and/or ERP software would be preferable.
