Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
- Preparation and finalization support of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet P&L and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure accuracy of balance sheet schedules and periodic reconciliation of all accounts.
- Monitor and maintain general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor queries.
- Review and reconciliation of bank accounts vendor accounts and inter-company transactions.
- Support in financial reporting MIS preparation and variance analysis for management.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience of Microsoft dynamics 365 BC
- Inventory management and valuation in ERP
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
