Job Summary

Skills & Capabilities
Strong accounting process expertise and domain knowledge across either RTR RTC PTP Tax Treasury Internal Controls or Finance Tech; ability to develop deep understanding of assigned processes and procedures.
Experience creating and maintaining programme documentation (e.g. project plans risk registers status updates)
Proven capability to work across cultures and geographies Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex accounting and process information clearly and concisely. Strong emotional intelligence; ability to build relationships and manage interpersonal dynamics effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with Senders and other Receivers; strong teamwork and partnership mindset.
Proactive learning mindset; ability to absorb complex information and develop capability quickly.
Resilience in fast-paced environments; flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
Strong attention to detail and drive to improve quality; commitment to accuracy in knowledge transfer.
Process understanding and documentation skills; ability to articulate and document complex processes clearly.
Ability to raise issues and concerns clearly and professionally; proactive communication style.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Work with Sender(s) to understand who their stakeholders are (present and future).
Attend stakeholder engagement sessions; support alignment on transition objectives and expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Senders and other Receivers; demonstrate collaborative mindset.
Support change management activities; address concerns and build confidence.
Provide feedback to stakeholders on Sender effectiveness and KT quality.
