Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Current Responsibilities (Operational Leadership)
Lead end-to-end plant operations including production maintenance and quality
Manage 150 manpower including supervisors and frontline leaders
Drive production efficiency cost control and on-time delivery
Implement lean manufacturing and manpower optimization initiatives
Ensure seamless execution across multiple process flows
Collaborate with supply chain planning and procurement for uninterrupted operations
Ensure strict adherence to factory statutory and safety compliance norms

Build and develop a strong second line of leadership (supervisors & line managers)
Lead cross-functional alignment across HR Finance SCM and EHS
Prepare for full P&L ownership and plant-level decision-making
Drive a culture of continuous improvement accountability and safety excellence
Represent plant operations in leadership discussions and business reviews
