Job Title: Financial Analyst / Financial & Budget Analyst
Location: Remote (NYC NY)

Job Overview:
- Looking for Financial Analyst / Financial & Budget Analyst to support a high-impact Finance & Operations team.
- This role will be responsible for financial analysis fund accounting support budgeting contract coordination and operational improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support fund administration accounting review reconciliations and financial reporting
- Analyse large financial data sets including cash flow liquidity and capital-related reporting
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Support procurement and contract-related workflows
- Coordinate vendor agreements invoices and documentation approvals
- Help improve internal processes systems and operational procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Strong finance and accounting fundamentals
- Advanced Excel and strong systems skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fund accounting experience
- Budgeting or forecasting experience
- Experience working with large financial data sets
- Treasury-management capital-management or investment operations experience
Technology Experience:
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office SharePoint Salesforce Tableau Advent Geneva and related business systems is preferred.
Additional Details:
- Travel is required approximately once per quarter
- Contractor must provide a computer a cell phone and high-speed internet
