Risk Cost Analyst

Turner & Townsendare seeking aRisk Cost Analystto identify assess and manage risks associated with large scale infrastructure construction projects. This position involves working closely with project teams contractors clients and stakeholders to ensure that potential risks are mitigated and managed effectively throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. 

The Risk Cost Analyst position sits within the Project Controls and Project Financial office. This role provides analytical and administrative support to the risk and cost management functions of the Program. The Risk Cost Analyst assists in collecting data performing risk and cost analyses preparing reports and maintaining documentation to ensure effective monitoring and management of risks and associated costs.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering data for risk and cost assessments across project processes.
• Support the monitoring of project cost drivers market factors and external conditions that may affect budgets and risk exposure.
• Perform preliminary analyses using established qualitative and quantitative methods including cost modeling and scenario analysis.
• Assist in integrating risk findings into cost estimates forecasts and contingency planning efforts
• Support the development and tracking of risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project controls estimating and scheduling teams.
• Prepare draft reports presentations and summaries for review by senior risk and cost analysts
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of risk registers cost assessments and supporting documentation.
• Provide general administrative and analytical support to ensure consistency and accuracy in the risk and cost management processes.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Construction Management Engineering or related field plus. 35 years of experience in risk cost or project support roles.
• Familiarity with risk management and cost analysis concepts.
• Strong organizational communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications/ Certifications/ Licensures

• Experience supporting large-scale projects or infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with risk and cost management tools (e.g. Excel @Risk Primavera Risk Analysis).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Additional Information :

The salary range for this full-time role is $115K - $180K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package.
