If you are passionate about empowering teams and driving seamless technological transitions we want to hear from you! Were looking for a skilled Field Management Specialist to directly support our field personnel during the rollout of our new ERP-enabled this pivotal role youll be on the front lines guiding users through system navigation resolving questions and reinforcing new workflows throughout testing cutover and hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support to field employees during the rollout of ERP-enabled field applications.
  • Assist field personnel with mobile application usage and system navigation.
  • Guide employees through new workflows tools and operational processes.
  • Direct users to appropriate support resources including:
    • Super Users.
    • Helpdesk support.
    • Training documentation and materials.
  • Facilitate and support field supervisor huddles to address questions and reinforce adoption.
  • Assist with training sessions including classroom logistics and coordination.
  • Document user issues feedback and adoption challenges and escalate where appropriate.
  • Participate in hypercare support sessions to address post-go-live issues.
  • Support refresher training sessions and ongoing user enablement activities.
  • Provide feedback to program teams on field adoption trends and potential areas for improvement.
Required Experience:
  • 3 5 years of experience in utility infrastructure or field operations environments.
  • Experience supporting mobile field tools field service applications or digital field platforms.
  • Ability to explain technical processes in clear simple terms to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams SharePoint Outlook).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting ERP or large system implementations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with field teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide hands-on support in field environments.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments during system rollout and stabilization periods.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
