Responsibilities:

• As an Oracle Field Services Consultant you will be responsible for innovating and designing business function processes including defining characteristics and key performance indicators to meet business process and function requirements.
• You will work closely with business process owners to create process blueprints and establish requirements that drive process efficiency.
• Your role includes assisting in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are fulfilled as well as educating stakeholders to foster a complete understanding of the designs.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Field Service is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Utilities is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design and Functional Designs along with intermediate proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management are suggested.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process blueprints to align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide expert guidance to team members and support less experienced colleagues in understanding complex design requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
• Analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business functions and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts and ensure alignment among diverse stakeholders.
