Must demonstrate proven delivery and management of I.T projects in manufacturing/pharma operations including:
- Experience managing end-to-end projects related to shopfloor performance production planning & scheduling workforce/shift optimization
- Background delivering real-time KPI tracking operational dashboards performance reporting across sites
- Familiarity with integrated planning solutions connected to ERP/manufacturing systems
- Exposure to Lean/Operational Excellence practices (tier meetings standard work)
- Experience coordinating operations production planning manufacturing excellence IT stakeholders
