Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Store Manager in daily operations and staff management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Oversee inventory management including ordering and stock replenishment
• Train and mentor team members on store policies and procedures
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail or grocery store management role
