NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated Food Hall General Manager to join our vibrant team in San Diego. This full-time on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations in a bustling restaurant environment ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

As the Food Hall General Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our food hall operations from staff management to vendor relationships. Your leadership will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and achieving operational goals. We offer a competitive salary range of $80000 - $85000 annually along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the food hall ensuring efficiency and quality service
  • Manage staff recruitment training and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and quality
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
  • Enhance customer experience through service excellence initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Organize events and promotions to drive foot traffic and sales

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management education is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
