Job Summary
As an F&I Manager at SerraCDJR Lake Orion you will play a critical role in guiding customers through the finance and insurance process ensuring they receive the best possible products and services tailored to their needs. You will work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and professional experience that reflects the high standards of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough credit and financial analyses to determine customer eligibility for financing options
- Present and explain financing options vehicle protection products and insurance plans to customers
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and dealership policies and regulations
- Prepare and finalize all sales contracts and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with lenders and finance institutions to secure the best rates and terms
- Maintain detailed records of customer transactions and financing agreements
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals and deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Finance & Insurance Manager role or similar position preferred
- Strong understanding of finance and lending practices in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices
- Proficiency with finance software and Microsoft Office Suite
