Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager for Mortgage Sales for a leading NBFC. The role involves sourcing mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel and building strong relationships with partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel.
Develop and manage relationships with DSAs connectors and channel partners.
Drive sales targets by generating quality mortgage leads.
Ensure smooth processing of loan applications and coordination with internal teams.
Conduct market mapping and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Maintain strong partner engagement and provide product/process updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of experience in Mortgage Sales (Home Loans / LAP).
Strong network with DSAs and channel partners.
Good understanding of mortgage products and local market dynamic.
