We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CASA Sales Relationship Manager (RM) to acquire new customers and grow the CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads opening accounts maintaining customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
- Generate leads through field visits references and market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Cross-sell banking products such as insurance loans credit cards and investment products.
- Ensure KYC and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
- Meet monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding of customers.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and CASA sales process.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
