Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CASA Sales Relationship Manager (RM) to acquire new customers and grow the CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads opening accounts maintaining customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
  • Generate leads through field visits references and market activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as insurance loans credit cards and investment products.
  • Ensure KYC and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding of customers.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of banking products and CASA sales process.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
