Tasks
As a Partner Enablement Manager you will help our global partners successfully understand position and implement our AI platform. This is a hands-on role focused on partner training academy ownership documentation and scalable enablement.
The role combines partner-facing enablement and pre-sales support with technical documentation and implementation readiness making it ideal for someone who can bridge business and technical teams.
You will work closely with Product Sales Pre-Sales Solutions Consultants and Engineering with strong growth potential into a strategic global partner-facing this role you will be reporting into our Head of Partner Management. Together you will be defining and shaping the global Partner Enablement strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Training & Enablement
- Deliver partner training sessions on platform features VoiceBot ERA (Email Response Automation) demos API connections integrations prompting and implementation best practices especially to the Genesys Cloud Platform but platform agnostic as well.
- Support partner onboarding demos and selected pre-sales activities.
Academy Ownership
- Manage and improve the partner academy which is our partner training and enablement platform by updating outdated content creating new learning materials and maintaining training paths. You will orchestrate the contribution from the entire Enterprise Bot team to the Academy and pull together the experts needed to close gaps in the training plans with dedicated content and training videos.
Documentation & Knowledge Base
- Create setup guides implementation playbooks FAQs and partner resources.
- Build and maintain a scalable knowledge base for partner self-service.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Engineering Sales and Solutions Consultants to improve enablement content and partner readiness.
Growth & Ownership
- Continuously build platform expertise and become a trusted enablement contact for global partners.
First 3 Months
The initial focus will be highly hands-on and foundational:
- Rebuild training videos for the new platform
- Restructure academy content
- Improve documentation quality
- Learn the platform from internal stakeholders
- Understand partner sales pre-sales and implementation workflows
Requirements
- 47 years of experience in Partner Enablement Customer Success Pre-Sales Implementation Technical Training or similar roles.
- Relevant experience in API integrations solution implementation or technical onboarding.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience creating training content SOPs documentation or knowledge bases.
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms AI tools automation or integrations.
- Organized proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Bangalore-based preferred for closer collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
