Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager – Home Loan (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) – Near Prime Segment to drive business growth in the Rajkot market. The role involves sourcing loan cases managing channel partners and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source Home Loan and LAP (Near Prime) cases through DSA connectors and open market channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners brokers and referral networks.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales.

  • Experience in DSA / channel partner management preferred.
