Role Overview

We are seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong experience in container orchestration CI/CD automation cloud infrastructure and platform reliability. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical expertise hands-on troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering architecture and product teams to deliver scalable and secure platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Container Platforms & Infrastructure

Deploy manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in cloud environments.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform following Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices.

Manage Kubernetes application configurations using Helm.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud infrastructure networking container orchestration and platform services.

Ensure secure and reliable deployment of services aligned with DevOps and platform engineering best practices.

CI/CD & Automation

Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development teams.

Implement automation using tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions and Argo CD.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and deployment reliability.

Work with artifact and binary repositories such as Nexus for artifact management and version control.

Collaboration & Support

Partner with developers architects and product managers to understand platform requirements and deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.

Provide hands-on support during platform incidents and participate in on-call rotations when required.

Contribute to continuous improvement of platform reliability monitoring and operational processes.

Required Skills & Experience

58 years of experience in DevOps Platform Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

Strong expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift administration.

Hands-on experience in deploying operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions and Argo CD.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and configuration management with Helm.

Strong scripting skills in Python Shell or PowerShell.

Knowledge of Shift-Left security practices vulnerability scanning and container security.

Experience with Dynatrace monitoring and observability tools.

Solid understanding of networking security and container orchestration concepts.

Familiarity with Confluent Cloud or Apache Kafka.

Exposure to multi-cloud environments or multiple cloud providers is an added advantage.
