When will I work
- Nights The primary work hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 4:30pm to 3:00am; $21.00/Hr.
- Evenings - There is some availability for part time hours working Monday through Thursday 4:30pm to 9:30pm; $20.50/Hr.
- Some shifts require overtime on Fridays as needed by the business.

What will the work look like for me
- Operate automated equipment and/or perform the modular and technical construction of video displays and sub-assemblies interpret work instructions/technical drawings safelyoperatehand tools andparticipatein a team.
- Learn Daktronics products systems and processes and produce products in a safeaccurate andtimelymanner.
- Be flexible to work in other departmentsasneeded.
- Learn and practice Lean Manufacturingmethodology.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
To be considered forElectronic Assembly Machine Operatorwe require the following:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Required to work overtime when overtime shifts are scheduled.
- Regularly and reliably work the scheduled hours.
- Good communicationskills.
- Ability to learn quickly and successfullyparticipateas a member of a team.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Wear all proper protective equipment asinworkareain accordance withDaktronicsSafety Policy and OSHA standards. Items may include safety glasses safety shoes/boots hearing protection and electrostatic discharge wear. You will beprovidedthe PPE for the required areas.
- Physical requirements include the ability to:
- Work in an environment with these types of smells: paint solvent and solder.
- Frequently lift 35 lbs. Occasionally tofrequentlylift 45 some work areas.
- Stand for the full shift with planned breaks. The duration of standing between breaks varies from 2-3 ½ hours depending on work area.
- Work from heights including working from ladders and platforms.
- Reach in all directions (up down side-to-side and diagonal reaching) including some awkward reaching to insert components in difficult to reach sections of the product.
- Maintain steady hand/eye coordination.
- Identifywire and paint colors.
- Fluent in English written and verbal.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
