Your Impact

As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines you will:

• Lead Machine Operations: Perform set-ups changeovers and monitor equipment to meet production targets.
   

• Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying band-aid fixes.
   

• Ensure Precision: Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and zero-defect quality.
   

• Drive Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3 years of manufacturing experience.
   
• Ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8.

Additional Information :

Physical Requirements:

• Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift with frequent pushing pulling bending reaching and squatting 50% of the time.
• Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
• Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
