Your Impact
As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines you will:
Lead Machine Operations: Perform set-ups changeovers and monitor equipment to meet production targets.
Troubleshoot & Improve: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying band-aid fixes.
Ensure Precision: Use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and zero-defect quality.
Drive Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals.

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read tape measurements down to 1/8.
Additional Information :
Physical Requirements:
- Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift with frequent pushing pulling bending reaching and squatting 50% of the time.
- Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
- Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
