Job Summary

Key responsibilities include:

Machine setup and configuration based on tooling and CAD inputs
Tuning machines for different materials (textiles silicone leather synthetics adhesives)
Executing prototype builds and supporting early-stage to pre-production scaling
Troubleshooting machine/process issues impacting build quality and cycle time
Providing feedback on manufacturability and process improvements

We are particularly looking for candidates with:

Strong hands-on experience in softgoods fabrication and cut & sew processes
Expertise in stitch types seams thread selection and tension calibration
Experience in bonding lamination die cutting heat forming and finishing techniques
Ability to interpret engineering drawings patterns and build instructions
Familiarity with fabric manipulation surface finishing and microfiber handling
