This full-time position is responsible for providing support to the HR Manager and for biweekly payroll processing for approximately 70 employees in 2 locations. Ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy privacy and confidentiality of all records and duties is critical. Ideal candidate will have working knowledge and experience in the following areas:
HR ASSISTANT DUTIES
Maintaining Personnel and Credentialing Files
New Hires: Pre-employment requirements onboarding employee orientation benefit enrollments
Ongoing maintenance and administration of benefits and personnel changes
Student Clinical Rotation files and requirements
PAYROLL COORDINATION
Processing biweekly payroll ensuring all rate and benefit data is timely updated and accurate
Maintaining payroll records and supporting documentation
Coordination with Finance Department for record requests documentation audits and reporting
CREDENTIALING AND PRIVILEGING
Credentialing requirements including preparation and maintenance of files monitoring and updating of records
Ensuring all licenses and certifications are up to date and appropriately filed
Facilitation and maintenance of records for all staff
Maintenance and monitoring of database used for tracking of all credentialing
SAFETY/OSHA
Recordkeeping and file maintenance
Monitor and conduct ongoing training activities
