Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role based in Woodmead for an experienced Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and producing financial statements. Daily tasks will include managing journal entries utilizing accounting software and assisting with various finance-related duties to support the organizations operations effectively.

Requirements

Strong skills in Financial Statements preparation and understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Proficiency in Xero accounting Software and experience in managing Journal Entries.
Good knowledge of finance and financial management practices.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
A diploma or degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is preferred.
Debtors and Creditors
Experience in the automotive industry would be beneficial.
