Job Summary
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or Bookkeeping.
- 3 5 years experience as a Bookkeeper in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Autoline or Pastel.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations inventory control and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance.
- Process accounts payable receivable bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Oversee stock asset tracking and inventory reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT PAYE and other statutory returns while ensuring internal controls.
Key Skills
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and deadline-driven approach.
- Effective communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance or Bookkeeping.
- Bookkeeping or finance-related certification advantageous.
- Experience in automotive or dealership environment preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and inventory processes advantageous.
