- Ensure the company stays up-to-date with Nigerian Labor Laws and educational regulations.
- Maintain organized digital personnel files and ensure all staff documentation is complete and accurate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal disciplinary procedures and labor relations.
- Maintain the company intranet (e.g. via Notion or Google Sites) as the "central source of truth" for the team.
- Organize and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) training manuals and company policies.
- Ensure all team members can easily access the latest versions of necessary documents and templates.
- Coordinate the hiring process for staff.
- Manage a structured onboarding program to ensure new hires understand their roles and company standards quickly.
- Monitor staff performance metrics to help maintain company-wide productivity and profitability.

Requirements
- Education: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or a degree in Human Resources with a strong legal focus.
