The Administration Support worker has a key role in the provision of administrative services to the Agency as a whole to ensure the efficient effective interface between service delivery and the community. Tasks include providing administrative support to the administration team leader employees and visitors including handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones organising files drafting letters purchase order assisting with records management and archiving updating office processes and procedures and undertaking other administration tasks and processes as directed.
This is a part-time position of 40 hours per fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Record Keeping/Recording:
1. Maintain up-to-date records which includes MD contact list statistics and patient records in Medical Director.
2. Billing reconciling and banking duties including submitting at bank.
Admin Duties:
1. To receive and welcome visitors patients guests fellow staff and clients and respond to inquiries and requests.
2. Manage Outlook calendar for the community car and room bookings.
3. Manage clinicians appointment books in Medical Director
4. Answers and direct phone calls; prepare mailings and packages for delivery and take to post office.
5. Sensitivity to confidential matters.
6. Assist with purchase and coordination of office supplies. Perform a variety of skilled clerical and secretarial work including typing filing checking and recording information.
