Workforce Development (WFD) Instructor Project Management and Leadership Development

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engaging Instructor of Project Management and Leadership Development to join our instructional team on a parttime asneeded this role you will deliver highquality practicefocused training that equips adult learners with the tools strategic mindset and leadership capabilities needed to manage projects and lead teams effectively in todays workplace.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project management methodologies along with a solid foundation in leadership developmentcommunication coaching team dynamics emotional intelligence and organizational decisionmaking. This position plays a meaningful role in helping learners build confidence strengthen their professional presence and apply effective leadership behaviors in realworld settings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

5 years of professional experience

3 years of experience teaching or training adult learners

Licensing Requirements:

- Valid Drivers License (A valid drivers license is required. Travel within the Central Pennsylvania region may be necessary.)
