Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing and payment processes when required.
Manage customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager about shortages.
Stay updated on product knowledge offers and promotions.
Qualifications :
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic sales and negotiation skills.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS (preferred but not mandatory).
