Role Overview
The Chief of Staff / Strategic Initiatives Lead acts as a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President enabling effective execution of highimpact initiatives across the HR domain. This individual will come up role is ideal for a consulting professional looking to transition into an industry leadership position with a strong focus on strategy communications stakeholder management and organizational effectiveness. The role requires exceptional writing abilities high executive presence and the ability to drive clarity alignment and momentum across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the SVP in defining prioritizing and tracking strategic HR initiatives.
Conduct structured problem solving business analysis and build strategic recommendations.
Lead and manage cross functional programs with clear milestones risks and deliverables.
Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Develop high quality executive communicationnarratives presentations speeches and thought papers.
Drive operational governance including planning cycles quarterly reviews and program rhythms.
Act as a strategic thought partner to the SVP evaluating opportunities and risks.
Track OKRs KPIs and scorecards ensuring visibility and accountability.
Prepare briefing notes strategic documents and analysis for key leadership discussions.
Facilitate leadership meetings drive follow ups and ensure alignment across teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business and HR.
Support culture communication and change management initiatives while maintaining confidentiality.


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Strong consulting background (strategy transformation advisory roles preferred).
Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated ability to craft narratives papers and highimpact presentations.
Excellent verbal communication storytelling and executive presence.
Highenergy proactive selfstarter mindset with a bias for action.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
High emotional maturity discretion and sound professional judgment.
Keen interest in transitioning into the HR domain and building domain depth.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Exposure to HR transformation people strategy or organization design projects.
Experience working with senior leadership in a large or matrixed environment.
