We are looking for a Digital Commerce Strategy Lead to architect and drive integrated digital commerce growth
strategies across client categories. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing lower-funnel performance-driven plans
that combine on-platform and off-platform levers to accelerate sales and business growth. The ideal candidate brings a
strong analytical mindset cross-functional collaboration experience and the ability to lead high-performing strategy
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Strategy Leadership
Lead and orchestrate integrated digital commerce strategies to catalyse growth & drive sales for the client.
Build cross-channel growth plans & frameworks to scale off app & eCommerce performance
Business Growth & Opportunity Mapping
Identify and unlock growth opportunities on existing brands and by adding new brands
Drive integrated performance planning & business acceleration in partnership with the Digital Commerce Delivery Lead.
Tools Data & Technology Integration
Identify and implement the right digital and analytical tools to unlock insights and enable data-driven decision-making
seamless performance tracking and reporting
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
Proactively engage and act as a strategic partner to clients. Comprehend their commerce goals provide consistent
insights and offer strategic plans / solutions for optimized performance.
Team Leadership & Process Excellence
Manage and mentor a team of Analysts and Marketing Strategists. Set and standardize strategy development processes
rollout templates and performance tracking tools. Foster a high-performance insights-led culture with clear ownership
and accountability.
Key Performance Indicators
Growth in D2C & eCommerce business attributed to strategy interventions
Adoption of integrated off on-app plans
ROAS improvements from lower-funnel campaigns
Key Skills & Competencies
Strategic mindset with deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems (retail media performance marketing
shopper insights)
Prior knowledge of campaign types across Google Meta Amazon Ads Flipkart PLA and quick commerce platforms
Strong command of analytics tools (GA Amazon AMC etc) and ability to translate data into decisions
Excellent stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration and client servicing skills
Process-oriented with the ability to build scalable frameworks and toolkits
Prior experience in managing teams and delivering measurable eCommerce impact
