Please find the detailed job description below: Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – PMS & HR Analytics (depending on experience) Department: Human Resources (HR Operations / HR Systems / HR Analytics) Location: Kolkata Key Responsibilities:Independently manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cyclesDrive goal setting and implementation of KRA frameworks across departmentsCoordinate KRA tracking mid-year reviews and annual appraisal processesManage rating normalization and prepare increment consolidation reportsDevelop MIS dashboards and drive automation of HR reporting processesEnsure data accuracy governance and compliance with defined HR processesDraft standardize and implement SOPs and structured HR workflowsConfigure and manage PMS modules within HRMS platformsCoordinate with HRMS vendors for system enhancements troubleshooting and upgradesGenerate appraisal reports and analytics from HRMS systemsMaintain employee master data integrity within HR systemsSupport automation of HR workflows including approvals review cycles and notificationsConduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new HRMS features and process changesTrain stakeholders on HRMS modules related to PMS and reportingIdentify and implement opportunities to digitize and streamline manual HR processesKey Requisites:7 years of experience in HR Operations with strong exposure to PMS cyclesHands-on experience in managing end-to-end Performance Management Systems (PMS)Strong understanding of KRA/goal setting frameworks and appraisal processesExperience in HRMS platforms (configuration reporting and vendor coordination)Proficiency in MIS dashboards and HR analytics (advanced Excel preferred)Experience in rating normalization and increment planning processesExposure to SOP creation process standardization and workflow automationStrong data management skills with high accuracy and governance orientationExperience in UAT testing and HRMS implementation/enhancementsGood stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to drive process improvements and digitization initiativesKey Competencies / Candidate Profile:Highly detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and data integrityWell-organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines and processes efficientlyProactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adaptStrong team player with a collaborative approachHigh level of ownership and accountabilityStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to learn and build understanding of the Real Estate industrybudget
