Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage loan agreements and ensure compliance with covenants and lender reporting requirements.
Monitor key loan obligations including drawdowns repayments and financial covenant tracking.
Prepare compliance certificates financial reports and documentation required by lenders.
Coordinate with legal treasury accounting and project finance teams on financial matters.
Support annual budget planning and financial forecasting for project companies.
Lead refinancing negotiations and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Monitor project cash flow and debt management to ensure financial efficiency.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project finance preferably in energy or power sector.
Experience in loan compliance covenant monitoring and project financial reporting.
Strong understanding of project finance modeling or business valuation.
Fluent in English.
