Job Summary

  • Grow the business by identifying and winning new sales opportunities with hotels customers especially 4 and 5star properties.

  • Proactively recruit for new customers and manage tender submissions.

  • Manage and develop existing hotel accounts by building strong longterm relationships.

  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to drive account growth.

  • Partner with customers to create a joint business plans and track results.

  • Manage promotional activities and budgets effectively.

  • Review account performance regularly to ensure targets and ROI are achieved.

  • Collaborate with local teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Set account growth targets and review performance monthly to maintain momentum.


Qualifications :

Education:-

University degree

Must have:

  • > 5 years of experience in HORECA business or F&B industry prefer experience with hotel.
  • Entrepreneurship mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English.
