Job Summary
Develop landscape master plans and detailed landscape designs for airport terminals access roads parking areas and surrounding facilities.
Prepare concept design schematic design and detailed landscape drawings.
Design softscape and hardscape elements including planting design pavements pathways plazas water features and street furniture.
Ensure landscaping complies with airport safety standards including visibility requirements and wildlife hazard management.
Coordinate with architects planners civil engineers and environmental consultants for integrated design solutions.
Prepare technical specifications BOQs and tender documents related to landscaping works.
Review contractor shop drawings material samples and landscape proposals.
Conduct site inspections and supervise landscape implementation to ensure design compliance.
Ensure use of native plants sustainable irrigation systems and environmentally friendly landscaping practices.
Prepare landscape maintenance guidelines for long-term sustainability.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture / Architecture / Planning
