Job Summary:
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and owning endtoend customer solutions for OMS and supplychain implementations. This role translates complex business requirements into scalable highquality functional and technical designs while serving as the primary solution authority throughout delivery. The Solution Architect works closely with customers project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Own endtoend solution architecture for customer implementations
- Lead solution design and requirements discovery sessions with customer stakeholders
- Translate business processes and requirements into scalable system designs aligned with product capabilities and best practices
- Produce and maintain clear solution design documentation including workflows integrations assumptions and constraints
- Act as the design authority across implementation teams providing guidance clarification and issue resolution
- Partner closely with Project Managers Technical Consultants and Product/Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
- Support estimation solution validation and scope definition activities as required
- Mentor junior consultants and architects and promote standardized solution patterns and best practices
What you bring to the team:
- 6 years of experience in solution architecture application consulting or enterprise system implementations
- Strong experience with OMS supply chain fulfillment or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven experience in customerfacing deliveryoriented roles
- Solid understanding of integrations (APIs filebased eventdriven) data models and system workflows
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences
- Strong analytical problemsolving and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering multiregion or global implementations
- Familiarity with cloudbased enterprise platforms
