Hiring Alert Java Architect with Kafka Chennai Hybrid/WFO

We are hiring for an experienced Java Technical Architect / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Apache Kafka Event Driven Architecture and Microservices for a leading product/IT services organization.

Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 10 to 13 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Must Have Technical Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java / Java 8 / Java 11
Expertise in Spring Boot Spring Cloud Microservices Architecture
Deep hands-on experience in Apache Kafka / Kafka Streams / Kafka Connect
Strong understanding of Event Driven Architecture (EDA)
Experience in designing Distributed & Scalable Systems
Hands-on with REST APIs Integration Patterns Messaging Solutions
Expertise in Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD / DevOps
Cloud exposure in AWS / Azure / GCP
Strong understanding of Database Architecture (SQL/NoSQL)

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end scalable enterprise application architecture
Drive architecture decisions for Kafka-based event streaming platforms
Build highly available distributed microservices ecosystem
Define technical roadmap HLD LLD solution framework & best practices
Work closely with engineering DevOps QA and business stakeholders
Lead performance tuning security governance and architectural reviews
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership

Preferred Candidate Profile:

10 years of Java enterprise application development experience
Minimum 3 years in Technical/Solution Architecture role
Strong expertise in Kafka implementation and architecture governance
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication

Looking for highly technical architect-level professionals with strong backend architecture and real-time event streaming expertise.
