Requirements:
- College Grad
- With PHRN or USRN
- With 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Significant experience in a call centre or customer service training role with a proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify training needs and implement tailored solutions
- Proficiency in using training and learning management systems as well as other relevant software and technologies
- A strong understanding of call centre operations customer service best practices and industry regulations
