Key Responsibilities

Support customers with account access and platform-related questions.

Provide accurate information regarding services policies and procedures.

Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.

Work with multiple systems simultaneously while managing customer interactions.
Requirements

Native or C1 German language proficiency.

B2 English proficiency for internal communication.

Strong written communication skills.

Good computer literacy and familiarity with Windows systems.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced support environment.

Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
