ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor youll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support across a wide range of premium technology products and services. The role is 100% remote no office no relocation required.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone chat or email
- Provide accurate helpful and friendly support for premium tech products and services
- Use internal systems to document and resolve cases efficiently
- Consistently deliver against quality and performance targets
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Dutch speaker (C2 level)
- Good command of English (working language)
- Excellent communication skills empathetic clear and professional
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools; consumer tech experience is a plus
- A reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary x 14 months/year
- Training Completion Bonus: 300
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 250/month
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Sunday 09:00 23:00 (rotational shifts within this window)
