ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers of a globally renowned tech brand delivering exceptional support across its products and services. Youll solve problems create positive experiences and uphold the premium standards this brand is known for worldwide.

WHAT YOULL DO

- Handle inbound contacts from Italian-speaking customers via phone chat or email

- Provide accurate empathetic and efficient solutions to customer inquiries

- Navigate internal tools and knowledge base to resolve issues

- Meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining high service standards

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent Italian speaker (C2 level)

- Good command of English (working language)

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

- Tech-savvy comfortable with digital tools and consumer technology products

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Base Salary 14 months/year

- Training Completion Bonus: 150

- Productivity Bonus: Up to 250/month

- Salary increase after 12 months

RELOCATION PACKAGE

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Sunday 10:00 21:00 (rotational shifts within this window)

Remote (Greece-based). Candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.
