ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor you will handle customer interactions on behalf of a leading global technology brand ensuring every person you speak with leaves the conversation feeling heard helped and valued. Youll be part of a multilingual team delivering a legendary customer experience remotely.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Respond to Czech-speaking customers via phone chat or email
- Troubleshoot product and service-related issues with accuracy and empathy
- Use internal systems to document and resolve customer cases
- Consistently meet performance and quality metrics
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Czech speaker (C2 level)
- Good command of English (working language)
- Clear professional communication style
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude
- Available Monday to Friday no weekend shifts required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary 14 months/year
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 300/month
