Working directly with our AI / RPA Solutions Architects and Senior AI/Data SMEs you will prototype and transition AI/RPA workflows that deliver measurable operational impact in classified and unclassified environments. You will contribute to mission-critical efforts through rapid prototyping cycles informed by direct operator :Workflow Discovery & PrototypingSupport embedded teams to identify repetitive data-intensive tasks suitable for functional prototypes in Python UiPath or Power Automate within sprint-based development requirements directly with end-users who will operate the solution in daily mission Platform IntegrationSupport integration of enterprise AI tools into mission with prompt engineering testing and validation for GenAI use cases under the technical leads solution documentation including user guides SOPs and knowledge base articles for ACCs reference Documentation & Strategic EmpowermentQuantify time savings error reduction and throughput gains for each reporting on utilization metrics training completion rates and adoption to assessments informing ACC leadership decisions on AI investment SupportAssist in developing training content covering AI fundamentals ethical use and platform hackathon facilitation and hands-on workshops alongside Mobile Training Teams deploying to a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Data Science Information Systems AI/ML or a related technical proficiency in Python; exposure to at least one RPA understanding of data structures ML concepts and scripting for to work on-site at JBLE Hampton VA or Chantilly VA for most of the or project experience in NLP computer vision or GenAI/LLM with cloud environments particularly for ML workload to Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based in defense intelligence or national security technical You GainStructured Mentorship: Direct coaching from senior AI/RPA Solutions Engineers committed to your professional Impact: Experience building solutions for operational military users across critical AI Development: Access to a culture that prioritizes continuous learning and strategic Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
