Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong sales mindset to join our growing Recruiting Team. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced reveneue generating environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving revenue through strategic business development and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing screening interviewing and placing talent
- Generate revenue through contract contract-to-hire and direct-hire placements
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly monthly and quarterlyrevenue targets
- Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity pipeline and performance metrics
- Stay current on market trends talent availability and ai technology
- Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in staffing recruiting or salesenvironment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Experience working in a commission-driven or performance-based environment
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy metrics-driven setting
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms (Indeed AI Tools job boards etc.)
