Job Summary
Allied Reliability is seeking a Reliability Specialist for Food manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include:
Implements and optimizes Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs at the plant level
Executes reliability plans in the field alongside maintenance teams
Coaches technicians on failure mode identification and root cause analysis
Supports FMEA and RCM-based maintenance strategies
Works within CMMS to track update and close work orders
