The Opportunity
This is a field-based position supporting a cardiovascular-focused medical device portfolio. The role involves providing clinical and technical expertise for minimally invasive therapies used in the treatment of vascular disease.
TheClinical Specialistwill be responsible for case planning procedural support and driving product utilization within an assigned territory and region as needed. This role partners closely with physicians and hospital staff to provide education training and clinical support to help achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes. This position reports to a Regional Sales Leader.
The Clinical Specialist position has career growth opportunities to both grow into roles of higher responsibility as a Clinical Specialist as well as the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager (purely sales focused) job.

Candidate Location:
- The job requires living in North Central New Jersey or North Eastern New Jersey - no further south than Edison NJ
- Base Salary: $85-105K (based on years experience)
- Quarterly Bonus: $8000 (aligned to sales performance)

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Cath Lab ideally scrubbed in as a Tech
- Serve as the technical and clinical expert supporting procedures in hospital environments
- Provide case coverage and procedural support in cardiac catheterization labs interventional radiology labs and operating rooms
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to understand clinical needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across hospital departments
- Deliver product education in-services and training using various formats and platforms
- Support product adoption through clinical expertise troubleshooting and hands-on guidance
- Stay current on industry trends technologies and clinical data relevant to cardiovascular therapies
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues with effective solutions-oriented approaches
- Partner cross-functionally with sales marketing and other internal teams to support customer needs
- Provide regional support beyond assigned territory when necessary
- Experience working directly with patients or clinicians in a procedural or operating room environment
- Relevant clinical or technical certification
