Youll be at the heart of our projects ensuring we build secure reliable and maintainable Risk & Regulatory Reporting products. This is your chance to shape the future of our data product offering to the bank.

In this role youll get to

Translate complex business ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for our engineering squads.
Map out processes controls and data flows to guide projects from the initial idea through to successful delivery.
Partner with quality engineers to define test scenarios and ensure our solutions are secure compliant and top-notch.
Act as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders communicating trade-offs and managing change.
Help us continuously improve by tracking outcomes analyzing performance and feeding those learnings back into our workflow.

What youll bring to the role

Solid experience working in a software squad helping to take data and reporting features from discovery to operation. Ideally for Risk & Regulatory Reporting in a financial services or banking environment.
A talent for creating high-quality documentation including user stories process maps and decision records.
Excellent data literacy and the ability to interpret schemas and data quality.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for facilitating discussions and managing stakeholders across business and engineering.
Familiarity with agile delivery tools like backlog management diagramming and test management software.
