Locations: Chennai

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries via help desk email chat phone and in person.

Manage global HR help desk operations with timely and accurate responses aligned to SLAs.

Maintain and update HRIS (Workday) records employee master data and personnel files in compliance with local laws.
-
Support payroll inputs compensation updates leave administration and benefits coordination for India.
-
Generate HR reports and dashboards in collaboration with COEs.
-
Drive seamless onboarding and induction for new hires in India.
-
Coordinate mandatory trainings leadership connects and new hire surveys.
What Were Looking For:
-
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
-
2 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
-
Experience in a global matrixed organization is a plus.
-
Strong communication attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
-
Excellent problem-solving time management and stakeholder management skills.
-
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for employee experience.
