Responsibilities:
. Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP with a minimum 5 yrs of experience in SDM and Project management role.
. Lead end-to-end SAP AMS enhancements and project delivery ensuring SLA/OLA compliance and stable operations across S/4HANA/ECC landscapes.
. Drive governance (daily/weekly ops reviews QBR SteerCo) managing risks issues and cross-functional dependencies (Basis Security Interfaces).
. Provide techno-functional direction across core SAP core and niche modules with integration expertise will be an added value
. Oversee design reviews solution assurance technical feasibility performance tuning and resolution of complex L3 issues.
. Own financial management (P&L forecasting budgeting margin optimization) and contract governance (SOW CRs resource plans).
. Manage multi-vendor and onsiteoffshore teams ensuring staffing quality capability building and high utilization.
. Lead change & release management including impact assessments regression planning readiness and governance.
. Drive continuous improvement & automation reducing incident volume improving throughput and enhancing system reliability.
. Partner with client leadership to shape roadmaps transformation initiatives and value realization (S/4 transitions BTP innovations analytics).
. Working knowledge of AI/AIOps tools to support proactive issue detection smart automation and efficiency improvements in SAP service delivery. Awareness and usage of various Industry standard tools for Automation project delivery Knowledge management and so on.
. SAP and Project management certifications will be an added value for the role
